Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.

During periods of high demand or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location and seasonal volume.

International Shipping

AKEENi ships to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method selected.

Delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs processing and local postal services.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

  • Are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout
  • Are determined by your local customs authority
  • Are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery

AKEENi has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Customs & Delivery Delays

International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections or local carrier processing. While we work to ensure timely delivery, AKEENi is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. AKEENi is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, AKEENi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim where applicable.
